    of. I say to you, I certainly get irked while people think about worries that they

  2. You are so right about having more energy helping you to ‘show up’ to do the work you need to do! I use a morning routine made up a few different things I learned about over the years, and particularly inspired by Miracle Morning book by Hal Elrod.
